@MetroByTMobile Then, your "agents" took my info and I explained on multiple occasions that the website is not working. I thought they were going to just help me, instead, they said "you'll need to go to the website or there is a fee"...I'm disabled, I'm angry, was getting a damn headache...

@MetroByTMobile seriously, fix your damn website. It almost never works, and then when I have to contact you directly to do something that is free on the website, you want to charge me fees. Is this by design? Offer free options online but make sure they never work?

@MetroByTMobile If I could afford to switch, I would, not because the service is bad, but because you honestly don't seem to give a damn about the customers most of the time. There is zero attempt to actually help people, it's always "sorry" and "go do it yourself" then it's broken

@FBI where do I go when someone keeps porting my phone number to steal money from me and @MetroByTMobile won’t help, the local police never did anything, the ic3 didn’t help. I have the ip address, imei number, phone #, no one helping keeps happening

@MetroByTMobile i spent all day trying to solved the issue with you, ant the conclusion from the insurance company is that @MetroByTMobile is the one that have to contact the manufacturer, but @MetroByTMobile call me saying that is my responsibility. Who is the liar?

@amazon @MetroByTMobile can't get any help from either company, even though I've been a customer for years, with accessing my #AmazonPrime account. Disappointed after recommending both services for a long time. Guess I'm going to save a lot of money!
