@EveningEdit @FoxBusiness. If you look at the current economic numbers, they're deceptively correct. The second largest employer in the country last year was the government. What's the return on investment for those government jobs being created, whether it's the IRS or another government agency? It's still reckless spending. Any #CEO would have been fired for making these kinds of miscues in capital allocations.

@EveningEdit @FoxBusiness. President Biden is used to signing the back of a check, while President Trump is used to signing the front. And that's a big difference. One is a pure businessman who understands economics and what it takes to run a very formidable country, and that's what we must get back to.

@EveningEdit @FoxBusiness. If you think about it, Trump's economic policies are compelling. I've always thought this administration had some missteps, but now I believe those were intentional, from the border policies to the attack on our #EnergyIndependence. How could voters not be attracted to what Trump is proposing vs. what #Bidenomics has delivered? The cost of living has become so outrageous that the younger generation can't afford to buy a home, so it's a straightforward decision.

When I was fortunate enough to be part of #HomeDepot, we had to deal with "shrink," but back then, it was due to damaged merchandise, not #theft, which we had, but not nearly the magnitude we're seeing now. I've reflected on what stores like TJ Maxx are doing. While I'm sure they've tested the use of #BodyCameras, I am concerned that putting cameras on associates or salespeople might be intrusive to customers who I'm not sure would want to be videotaped while shopping and asking questions about merchandise.

@EveningEdit @FoxBusiness. It's hard to justify Governor Newsom cutting California's budget for safety and using that money instead to reach climate goals. There was a recent horrific case in LA involving a TV actor who questioned some men who he thought were towing it and was shot dead. We're constantly hearing about break-ins, robberies, and car-jackings with babies left in cars, so it's vitally important for decision-makers to honestly appraise and prioritize capital allocations for the best interests of their business or state. I challenge Governor Newsom to take a hard look at his decisions and make new appropriations to address what's happening in his state since it's not only about the budget. The #JudicialSystems of state and local governments across the country must start imposing consequences for the current wave of lawless, criminal behavior since they have turned a blind eye to truly enforcing our laws.

@EveningEdit @FoxBusiness. The current budget process in CA and the regulations that Governor Newsom is prioritizing are similar to when a CEO must make tough decisions about capital allocations. First, they must rack and stack their capital and then make sure their prioritizations are appropriate for the strategy or mission of the business, or in this case, the state of California. All things being equal, while the citizens of CA would want clean air, they would rather have more regulations to reign in our current #LawlessSociety, not only in California but across the United States. Governor Newsom needs to prioritize what's important to the people of his state, which is how a CEO or a governor is evaluated.
